3 Day Refresh - The Results!

So, on Tuesday afternoon, I was 100% expecting to be starving after dinner and totally need the optional tea and broth. Surprise!! I wasn't!! In fact, I actually couldn't even finish all of my veggie stir fry I had for dinner!!

The Final Day was a complete breeze...the slight lightheadedness I had the first two days was completely gone, as was the major hunger between breakfast and lunch. Again, I couldn't finish all of my dinner!

Now, I'm on the day after...I had my usual Shakeology with strawberries, power greens, focused energy, and all-natural peanut butter, and I'm sitting here at 2 pm, haven't eaten lunch yet and keep thinking "Maybe I'll just have a banana or carrots and hummus" which was my lunch the past two days. Clearly this has had some effect on my appetite and/or cravings and "need" for food. I am pretty positive this is the longest that I've gone without carbs, dairy, or meat possibly ever, and I'm still not craving any of them!

So what were the final results? As of 9 a.m., I was down 4.5 lbs and about 3 inches overall. I've heard that people often continue to lose weight and inches for another day or two afterwards, so I'll keep you updated!!
