What is a 

Challenge Group?

 

My Challenge Groups offer support and motivation coupled with our fantastic workout programs, which include a workout routine and a nutrition program to help maximize results.

 

My Challenge Groups consist of 5 Vital Steps

 

1. Workouts - depending on the program you choose, workouts range from 22 to 40 minutes

2. Nutrition - every workout program includes a healthy and manageable eating plan based on calories burned in the workouts and your personal weight loss goals.

3. Accountability - our online group will work together to keep each other accountable for the duration of the challenge.

4. Motivation - as your coach, I will be there to help with accountability and motivation, providing support every step of the way. 

5. Shakeology - So much more than a protein shake, Shakeology is Beachbody's superfood shake that helps your body run at maximum capacity to help you lose weight faster.
