3-Day Refresh - Half-way through!

After an amazing two weeks in Italy, indulging on the best food ever, I decided it was time for me to give this 3-Day Refresh a go.
I'm personally not one for cleanses because they usually tend to enhance my cravings more than they help, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyway since I've heard good things. I'm half way through right now, so I thought I'd give a brief update on how it's going.
First of all, what IS the 3-Day Refresh? It is a 3-day cleanse that helps you kick cravings, develop healthier eating habits, and lose a little bit of weight.

The 3-Day Refresh consists of three daily shakes, a fiber drink, plenty of filtered water, plus a wide array of fresh fruits, veggies, and healthy fats throughout the day to keep your energy and metabolism going.
Ok, so here are my thoughts so far:
1. Unlike other cleanses, when I opened this package and found out exactly what it entailed, I was relieved rather than immediately scared and overwhelmed! The foods are things I'm totally fine with eating...not large quantities, but things I snack on or eat regularly anyway. So that was a great start!!
2. The Fiber Drink. I had heard awful things about this. It was no where near as bad as people say it is in the numerous reviews I've read. It actually tastes a bit like iskiate, which I like. But really, it's a fiber drink...it tastes fine, the texture isn't something most people would choose to drink regularly. It is what it is, and in that department, I'd say it's pretty decent!!
3. Vanilla Fresh Shake. I actually really enjoy this one. So far, I've finished 3 of the 6 of these shakes, and have simply shaken it up with water in my shaker cup. It suggests adding fruit and blending it with ice, but I've been drinking them while at work or at my boyfriend's house, so I don't have all my usual supplies...but either way, I think it tastes good on its own, so that's another plus!!
4. The food...like I said, it's stuff I eat regularly anyway. That said, there isn't a ton of it, but that is to be expected. So far, for me the hardest part is between breakfast and lunch. Due to timing mistakes (we're supposed to leave an hour between each meal, shake, tea, snack, etc.), I have not had the optional teas in the morning or afternoon yet, because I've been hungry enough to not want to wait another hour before my next meal. However, I did that today and then actually ended up eating an hour later than I had planned anyway...I was hungry, yes, but not terrible. Also, last night for dinner, after skipping the optional morning and afternoon teas, I also skipped the optional vegetable broth.
Today, I am feeling quite a bit hungrier than I was yesterday, so I am planning on having afternoon tea soon, and probably the broth too. But we'll see!!
So far, so good!! I am waiting until after Day 3 is completed to do a final weigh-in and measurements, but I'm finding the 3-Day Refresh to be a whole lot more manageable than other cleanses I've done in the past!!
